I've added a number of new sorting options for the 1/4 Mile Times List here on DSMtuners. You can find this section under the Members menu in the top navigation.

The sorting options are as follows:

- By Time: 1/4 ET, 1/4 MPH, 1/8 ET, 1/8 MPH, 60', 12 Sec Cars, 11 Sec Cars, 10 Sec Cars, Single Digit cars
- By Car: 1G, 2G, VR-4, 420a
- By Drivetrain: Manual, Automatic, FWD, AWD
- By Fuel Type: Pump Gas, Race Gas, E85
- By Turbo: 14b, Small 16g, Big 16g, 18g, 20g, T25, T28, Hybrid Turbo, Full Garrett, Small Turbo, Big Turbo

I have a few more ideas on sorting options - like sorting by track. And I also want to finally get around to adding a 1/8 Mile Times List for those who run 1/8 Mile tracks. I have the ability to add a Sort By State feature, but I'm not sure how relevant that would be compared to being able to sort by track.

Any other features you'd want to see?

Ahhhh, yeah. Forgot about you guys... once I figure out why my code keeps breaking the site, I'll see if that's possible.

I like the idea about the "by track"

I run on 93 with meth injection, how would that be classified ?
Could you just fill in the blank as far as turbos ? I realize there are too many turbo options to include everyone..

By track would be good. As you know, altitude is a factor!

This doesn't apply to me and i know there isn't a huge group, but what about the RWD guys.

Tires data is already collected - are you suggesting we should be able to filter times by those options? Like, see all times for those who used "street tires"?

Just a few ideas I was thinking about.

As far as turbo selection goes, I see there is a selection for Garret but could we get one for say BW, Holset, FP etc. That way we can see who has the fastest on a particular brand of turbo.

Another idea is similar to the first but involves cams. I don't know how many option abilities you have to sort by but maybe be able to have a sort for Brand of cam and type (272/272, 280/280, etc) The reason I ask this is a vendor pointed out about who has ran the fastest on brand xxx cam and it would probably be helpful to see who has been able to run what time on a particular cam.

As far as the tire option goes, it probably would be nice to be able to see who ran what time on a street tire and who ran their time on a drag radial.

Just my .02 and thanks for making more sort options.

14b
T25
T28
16G
Big 16G
18G
20G
Hybrid
Full Garrett


What should it look like?

As for cams, I don't know if it's worth picking out so many specific mods for sorting purposes. It's easy enough to click on the car profile for the fastest cars and see what they have listed in their profile without having to filter the list by "cams", especially since there are so many possibilities.

As for tires, that might be different. I just would like to hear from more people if they really feel that it's necessary to filter the list by tires.

I really like the "by state" idea. It'd be nice to know the who the top-dogs in the state are dsm-wise.

I think you should just put the 16g's together. And is an evo3 considered a big?

I think the "hybrid" is kinda vague. Maybe get a list of the more common and popular turbos.
Like right now FP's 3065 seem to be the big hit.
