1) Can someone varify that it is normal for egt to be hotter during boost.
2) If crank pulley has some minor damage, should it be repalced asap
3) On cold start idle is at 2000 and at normal operating temp around 1100 what should i do to lower this..or is that decent.

1100 isnt bad but you can lower it with a screw driver ( philips) on the throttle housing there is a screw that you tighten to make the idle higher and loosen for it to drop it should be by the throttle body

yes its normal for your egt to get hoter as the car builds boost your makeing the car go faster inturn burning hotter

yes the biss, i didnt know if you could just do it that way or not...i thought you had to ground it or something along those lines.

Yes you do have to ground something - two things:

1) the idle adjustment connector
2) a pin on the diagnostic plug

Do it right the first time: 1G BISS Adjustment

on your question number 2, about replacing the crank pulley, i would say replace as sooon as you can. I haven't had any trouble with my dsm's pulley, but with some on my cars in the past, just casued me many headaches.
