I have been searching for the past 2 days trying to find the dimensions of the 1g intake manifold head flange and have found nothing. I dont have access to my motor or manifold to take the measurements my self so if someone could measure the port size and spacing of their 1g intake manifold it would be much appreciated. If anyone has the means to create a 2d or 3d CAD model of it that would also work.

When ever I make a manifold, I get whatever gasket i plan on matching the head to, and use the gasket for a template for the flange, isnt very percise but it will work.

Normally that is what i would i would do, but i dont have the gasket by me to measure so i was hoping that someone could either measure the gasket or the manifold itself so i can make a cad drawing of it and finish my project.

Nobody has a 1g intake manifold laying around that they can measure for me. I am pretty much at a stand still until i get the port size and spacing.

Go pick up a gasket and measure it.

You've had two whole months to get off the computer chair and get a gasket and measure it, and nobody has given you the dimensions? Shocking.

I tried to scan a gasket and put it into cad one time, it didn't work out so hot, but maybe you're better at that than I am.

Call your local Mitsubishi dealership service garage and ask them. If they think that they'll even get $8 out of you for a gasket, they'll tell ya whatever you want to know. Or better yet just have them order it and go pick it up. I just took my intake off the other week and wanted a new gasket, carquest was able to have one to me in 30 minutes.
