Ok so Veterans park from 11-4 on sunday may17th.. sounds good to me.. set that date . and check with the park.. if not We can do something at my fire house.. but the only problem with that is we would have to pay like 5 or ten dollars a head just as a donation and we could use the whole parking lot.. enough for about 100-150 cars.. but for now lets stick with

Well we don't want unwanted attention and maybe if there is a good turn out, use the same location for other meets in the future, ya know? Nobody is sayin that you gotta stay the whole time but i feel ya on that one moutaineer, you have a lil bit of a longer drive than I do. Also mountaineer wich way would you be goin? Just seeing if you wanted to meet up in like Hancock MD then head down.

just out of curiousity, what the hell is 'b town'? that is the way im going, and I definently would like to have a cruisin buddy, maybe we can pick up some more along the way.
there is one problem though, its with my galant. I think its on crack. for some reason whenever we get on the interstate it averages like 90mph. . I would be willing to turn it down to stick around with the 'smarter', not willing to risk there life, people though.

anyone else up for the cruise to the meet?

Great, now that we have the date and time settled, lets just wait to see what happens when NYtescion talks to the park. I'll hopefully have my car up and running, seeing as i took the head off today and its lookin better than expected. YAY

I should be able to make it since classes *should* be over by then. I'm down for joining any cruising party headed south. I do Dulles tool road, to 495, to 95 south.

I would probably catch you guys as you come down around the beltway. I 'spose we'll worry about that later on.

Also, when the time approaches, we should see what the game schedule is at that place. If the ball fields get full they might gobble up our parking. It would be cool if they could cordon off some space. I'm guessing the main parking area in front of the rec-center would be the place?

Well right now its gonna be me(dsmking90), Bro(Darkness), friend (Jon),Possibly another friend(mike). We are probably going to be leaving out of F'burg so if anyone wants to meet up let me know so we can see whats up.

Well.. The easiest way for me is 495 s from the 210 Exit. which is pretty much right next to the woodrow wilson bridge.. is any one coming down .. that way.. maybe we could meet up on 495 right at the 210 exit.. ?

That adds a few miles for us westerners, but that might work unless there's an easier pull-off spot near the 495/i95s interchange...

well once we get over the woodrow.willson.. I think like 2 miles after it there is pretty big shoulders. but i dont know where everyone else is coming from.. Ill have the navigation on but .. I just need to know where some people want to meet up.. its not going to be any fun going all the way there.. playing with domestics.. they are no challenge for me.. I need some dsm's with some horse's to play with .. ) come up with a good spot and a good pull off and we can all meet there.at least i will meet there

well it seems like I am coming from the farthest west, I got a nav, so I can 'adjust my route' to pick up everyone on the way. whats another 20 min on a 3.5 hour drive? I did promise to pick up all the VR4 guys along the way though, so you race cars will have to try and keep up with our grocery getters
