oh dont be fooled that is coolant i think he replaced a hose b4 i bought it but theres feul by the fuel rail and oil a lil bit of everywhere .. any clue what that tank/ vacume thing does

Its the fuel charcol canister. I also see a MBC on the radiator fan. You say it has 550's do you have anything to tune?

that is Coolant on the top of the transmission but how would it get there?

How many miles are on the car?

Are you sure the vehicle isnt leaking oil?

Also make sure the Transfer case is the has the right spline number on it.

What happend to the subie?

ohh so in other words out with it.. its gunna just be a track car but the guy b4 me hacked it up

That is your vapor canister for your emission/recirc system. From the photos, it appears that all the emission vacuum lines have been removed so you dont need the vapor canister BUT make sure that all the vacuum lines ports have been plugged properly.

Charcoal canister maybe? I know it was in a totally different spot on my 2g, but hopefully someone else chimes in soon to confirm thats what it is... if it is the charcoal canister, get rid of it, unless you have emissions to worry about.

If its leaking by the fuel rail, then check your injector seals, I don't know what else to tell you.

As for the oil, Its a DSM, so that explains it. Mine is oily too. Your valve cover could have a crack, your dipstick could be popping out a little when you boost causing some oil to shoot out... there are many reasons for that.

**edit, wow I must be a really slow typer, LOL**

Took mine out, less junk in the bay. Ac who needs a/c less junk, weight and lines, sweats good for you. LOL
