I was driving and saw this...an STI beached on a snowbank. pictures are hard to see but there was fluid under neath of it when I got out and looked at it. looked to be oil but I couldn't really tell it was dark. and defiantly something in the front was bent becuase the wheel was not sitting flush to the car at all haha just a funny sight of drifting gone wrong.

subies are tough. they dont break. No such thing as piston slap. these are the same cars that they use in the rally, They only put a cage in them and put stickers on them. from a WRX guy that I live around.

Please tell me you were being sarcastic. Their transmissions are made out of glass, literally.

Not me. A kid that has a wrx. I sold the pos's for 2 years and I couldnt count how many were in the shop for piston slap. Another cool thing was the side impact airbags going off for no reason. A old couple that I sold a Outback to was driving down the interstate and boom! side impacts go off and they went into the ditch. I hated those things.

Did the same thing in my A6, but I was in my driveway. AWD doesn't work well when stuck on a snowbank.

I'm not sure which wheel you're talking about because they all look like they have normal flex for that position.

I also agree that it should be able to walk right out of that snow without a hitch. Either someone had engine troubles or just enjoys parking stupidly, I know I do.

Well we dont know whats under the car, do we?...haha...could be hung up on something, a sign, fire hydrant, US Postal box, etc.
