I might make some other selection of a group to do my prognosticating for me. But I'm just too busy looking for hidden codes in the Bible, and tracking down what Leonardo was up to with all them cryptic artworks. Meanwhile, the global economy shits the bed. I wonder what could be going wrong.

First off, people are crazy and do stupid shit every day(as I'm sure defiant can tell you), it's just the fact that people see, notice and remember the nights with a full moon. So when something crazy happens the relate it to the full moon. But it really has nothing to do with the moon at all. And as for crowds of people acting retarded, maybe you should have paid attention in your university's required into psychology class, because that is called mob mentality. And your right the moon controls the tides, but not the seasons. Seasons have everything to do with the position of the earth to the sun.

p.s. And as long as the human race is on this planet, there will be hatred and wars, get used to it.

No shit people are crazy but don't sit here and bullshit us like you haven't noticed a change in people's energuy or actions during a full moon. My g-mom was a preschool teacher for 35 years and could tell when there was going to be a full moon even before it was dark out.

Secondly, don't sit there and tell me to pay more attention in school just because you pointed out one controversial aspect of my post. Hence the moon influences the actions of the water. What are humans? Oh, yeah, thats right, 95% water. So theorically, why couldn't the moon influence human behavior?

If we were 95% water we would be in some deep shit. Now most of our body weight is water, but that still is not any where close to 95%, oh and btw the gravitational pull of the moon doesn't change with it's phases. The phases of the moon are just the shadows of the earth cast onto the moon.

I never said war was inborn, but aggression is. As long as someone has something that someone else wants, someone will try to take it by force.

This conversation is not about the moon but about the date 2012, you can close your mind as much as you want but I am interested. Pretty much if that happens, we wont be alive. The poles have switched on us before, but its a sudden shift in the poles that will cause us to basically die VERy quickly. Our bodies can't handle such a sudden shift.

I am interested. Diablo 2 stole so many days of my youth. It was an addiction and yet I want D3 even tho I know they will find a way to mess it up.

Actually, if you weren't such a smart ass on the forums, and would ask, James, why do you say that, you would know by now!

Our bodies aren't dependent on the magnetic field, but humans and animals alike have a distinctive sense of direction, whether or not you wife or girlfriend says otherwise. Its has been proven, thats animals align themselves to the north pole when in a herd. This is for NO apparent reason. Also, its been proven our brains can sense magnetic fields. Now, like i said, we cannot handle such a sudden change for the fact of more than likely a sudden loss of equilibrium, as well as animals. There is not a whole hell of a lot of info about this, but it is definitely out there to find.

I will have to disagree with you though on that entire point. People will not up and die from a pole change, life in that sense will go on and humans will still function. The problem comes from global climate change on a grand scale, and much more worse would be the vulnerability during the switch to solar radiation.
