My DD is my '95 Maxima SE that I've had since I was 16. It is a pretty good DD in my opinion: it's comfy, gets DECENT mileage, it's auto, it's easy to work on, etc. Has a y-pipe and cat-back for mods. Used to have more, but I demodded it when I got the Talon.

I still got my DSM as my DD, however I just picked up a Porsche 944 so I can have some fun on the weekends before snow comes
a little off topic but is it a turbo or non turbo?had one a few years back and they make a ls1 swap for it hooks right up to the drives shaft back to the tranny and the ls1 weighs the same as the engine in it now so it keeps the handling charitalistic of the 944.imagine running up against a turboed ls1 944 would catch alot of people off guard:D

My daily driver,

I sold the DSM not too long after picking up the evo. I realized I did not need two high maintenance cars and I could use the money from the dsm to kickstart the mods on the evo.

That being said, I just threw some new wheels and tires on last night (need to snap some new pics now), and will probably be installing my JIC's this weekend. :)

It's not quite that easy, but that's neither here nor there.

DD duties are performed here by a 98 Integra LS sedan. Slow, but it starts everytime I turn the key and gets me where I'm going without a hassle.

I hate my dd right now, but as it stands i'm stuck in an 85 Vw jetta... Picked it up for 500 bucks and it moves!!! unlike my talon right now :notgood: i think i put 120 bucks in it so i could see and so the junk wheel bearings wouldn't kill me. my VW buddys keep telling me to slam it and rock the MKII till it dies but with all 60hp it has i'm about to pull my hair out... i need my dsm back like now...:talon:

I've been daily driving my DSM.

Some how its been pretty reliable, possibly because I've already broke everything once and replaced it, LOL

mmm, 500whp DD. sounds like fun :sneaky: Either that or it completely sucks as a DD because it's too powerful :D

it's too powerful :D

No such thing.:p

I have had quite a few DDs lately. My favorite was an 88' MR-2 I picked up for $200. I drove the hell out of that car.:) My least favorite was the SLIT-YOUR-WRIST Sentra I had. Every time I drove it, it took everything in me to keep from driving the thing off a cliff.

My current DD is the 90' Laser. I couldn't be happier.:D

I tried to daily drive my Eclipse this year, but I kept breaking stuff again. :( Hard to get it in to a shop to have any work done on it (seems like all the decent places are booked up months ahead of time), and if I do the work myself it ends up taking months anyways due to my complete lack of time.

Oh well, the good ol' (will be 18 years old in December) MKII MR2 makes a good DD, and gets 38mpg to boot (vs 30mpg for my GSX)! :)
