I've had my metal supplyer looking up and down for bent tubing in short sections like people build exhast headers/manifolds out of. I've even PM'ed a few people on here who built theirs and got no replies (but they havn't logged on since either)

Anyone know where i get those SS bends that everyopne seems to use? The most i know is that i read that they were sch. 10 ss bends, other than that i don't even know what name to go looking for them under, we couldn't find anythign like them listed by sch. 10 identification.

Try giving Ron Shearer a shout. He may be able to help you source some.

Vibrant makes them and McMaster carr sells them. It's schedule 10. Do your homework on how it's sized before ordering a bunch.

Contact JMFabrications or JMFabrications.com I think its schedule 10 tubing so its strong.

Here you go glenn i think your refering th weld-els. Ace Stainless

also search in dsmlink there was a guy who biult up a manifold on there out of weld-els.

You're the man, that's exactly wht i was looking for, and priced right too. I think i'll have my metal supplier call them and set up a builk account (more than i could sp3end) and have him order in a ton of them for me ... Thanks Bro

I guess i should ask wha the most popular size is? I don't want to go too big and lose velocity, but i don't want to choke it out going to small.. I'm thinking an ID of 1.5'' should do *shrugs* what do you all think?

Yep 1.5 is perfect. There are a couple of vendors that sell the laser cut flanges that your looking for too. And make sure you bolt down that flange when you tig it!!

Cool, i was wanting to stay near the size of a stock exhaust runner as to maintane velocity (which to me is more important than flow ) I've seen a guy that couldn't spool a 14b until 4500 RPM< because the "mechanic-LOL" made teh exh ports so big that there was NO velocity, i am shooting for the fastest spooling system i can make ...thanks for all the help guys !!!!!!!!!!!! That's why i love this palce :D

I used 1 3/4" Schedule 10 304L SS for my header, bought from McMaster-Carr. They have online ordering and ship to residential areas.
Burns does not sell anything thicker than 14 gauge which is too thin for a turbo header without a ridiculous amount of support.
