I already searched and know most of the answers to my questions I just want to make sure before I call mitsu tomorrow to get my parts.

1. Leaks out of the throttle part of the throttle body. I hear 90 is the only year to use this style throttle body. Are there any other cars that use the 90 style throttle body, so I might stand a chance of the dealership carrying the seals.

2. BISS screw is leaking it's just a standard #5 O-ring that can be purchased at any hardware store?

3. PCV valve is leaking, I plan on retaining the leaky PCV and getting the updated break booster cable with the inline check valve, can I just buy the inline check valve itself from mitsu?

4. BOV is also leaking a very small amount of air. From the turbo to the BOV is holding good pressure, and the manifold is leaking from the throttle and biss screw. I was wondering if this was because of the difference in pressure.

as far as the 90 being different...mach v carries both variations to my knowledge...thats where I found my new seals for my 91....dealership will more than likely look at you like WTF

The dealership won't have the seals for sure. The only way to get them there, is to buy a new throttle body. I ordered mine through napa but, I forgot the part numbers though. I had bad luck replacing the seals in my 90 throttle body. It still leaks in the same area. I will just buy a completely rebuilt one one day. The #5 o-ring can also be found at a home improvement store in the plumbing section.

Just redid both my 90's tb seals and everything went well...I guess. Boost leak test up to 25lbs showed nothing. :p Just take the old ones out and take them to a hardware store.

So you can get the cam style seals from a hardware store? I don't want to pull the Throttle body apart until I'm sure I can get the seals. I didn't think they would have them there.
