I hope they keep making them like this, the one with Ivy, Bain and MR. Freeze by far was the worst ever IMO it sucked horribly. They ruined Bain in that movie IMO.

Now introduce Bain in a movie made like this one.....THAT might be good.

we have joel schumacher to thank for the crapfest that was batman forever and batman and robin... he killed the original franchise with that shat. thankfully nolan has takin the character in the right direction again and from what i have read he will "not" have robin in his take on batman

All of our friends said it was awesome, I just don't think I have the patience to sit in a theatre for 2-3 hours.. LOL

. I'd most likely waste the money and fall asleep

I just noticed the kitteh picture.. that is awesome!! When it comes to DVD I'm so watching it. Then I can take a nap between each hour.. LOL

It honestly doesn't even feel like an hour and a half. The movie keeps moving pretty briskly.

This movie was closely based off the Adult Comic The Killing Joke. Batman was never intended to be the kiddy batman we see plastered all over TV and Cartoons. But of course no producer liked the batman that was presented in front of them way back when. So they changed him around to be a little more TV friendly. The Killing Joke shows Batman and the Joker how they are supposed to be. And the Joker in this movie is spot on. Because after all the Joker is well crazy. "Do you want to know how I got these scars?" FYI there is one final movie, it was a three movie contract deal. Possibly the Riddler and Two face. They never officially said that Harvey was dead. And of course they would say he was to cover it up. After all he was Gotham's shinning white knight

Yeah but if he emerges once again as Two-face, even with half his face gone, won't people recognize him?

Excuxe my ignorance but how if batman different than the other batmans in the other movies? How is he a darker batman? I just don't see it, really. Was he suppose to be more like spiderman like in the last movie? When he comes back all emo.
