i just started to hear a really bad grinding noise today it was my back left rotor the whole top is ground deep.. so i took the tire off i tryed to spin the rotor wouldnt budge then i hit it a couple times it was nice and smooth i step on the brake and same thing happened.. pads still have life. what do you guys think seized caliper ?

I would say either somthing is loose, a bad caliper/piston and or possibly a leak but i dunno about that one.

Whenever mine grind I just change the pads, problem solved. But you said pads still have life so I dunno :-/.

seized caliper our 1g's are famous for that what ever you do dont get the cheap ones from auto zone they have changed them for me three times and they still leak and lock up
