I've done plenty of searching on this issue and I have been using hi-temp RTV goop on the oil pan and turbo side. It works ok but I have to reapply between every race. The turbo is at full tilt boogie for a total of 160 minutes after an event and even the best RTV doesn't last the whole weekend.
I am considering running 2-3 hour enduro events but I HAVE to solve this issue before I can even think about running longer events.

Anyone have any newer, better ideas?

I would upgrade to a -10 braided ss line, buy an adapter like this for the turbo side (or weld a fitting on if possible), and weld a -10 fitting onto the oil pan.

Is the leak at the pan flange, from the bolts? Use crush washers under the bolt heads.
Is the leak from a cracked pipe? Replace the corrugated elbow with a piece of silicone tubing.

The leak is coming from the flange on the turbo side. I have cracked my share of factory lines so I know what that looks like ;)
The pan side is not an issue. (today anyway)

I love the idea of the fittings and the stainless line but I don't know if that will fix my particular problem. Even with the -10 AN fitting, I'm afraid it will still leak between the turbo housing and flange.

If I use the gasket that belongs in there, it works well at first but soon hardens and starts to leak by the end of the weekend.

Thanks for all the suggestions! I'll chew on them for a while.

Are you trying OEM gaskets? I've always used an OEM gasket on both ends with new crush washers on the pan end (without the use of any sealents anywhere) & never had any leaks, for years at a time.

I have tried a couple different gasket types, including OEM but no luck yet.

gst_racer just gave me an idea though...what if I weld a bung to the turbo end?
I'll have to figure out which rod to use and not melt the internals but it just...might...work!

Thanks for the feedback guys.

I probably wouldn't recommend welding directly onto the CHRA. That gasket has much less of a propensity to leak. I'd just do a bung at the pan and be done with it.

Weld the -10 male bung to the pan, like this: PIC
Then, cut the top off of your stock drain and wedge it into some 5/8" reinforced hose, and get the appropriate push-lock fitting for the other end of it: PIC1 / PIC2

I was leaking oil there and bought some high temp rtv (comes out orange) and RTV'd the HELL out of both sides of the flange. I mean lots of RTV. No more leaks and its been a month.

Ah. My psychic powers were low that evening, and I was left to try and divine your conundrum by what clues you'd left. Curses.
