my 03 eclipse will not circulate coolant for some reason, and it leaks coolant at the ends of the top hose. The gauge in the car is at normal operating temp. but the engine seems like its to hot. ive just changed the thermostat and think i got all the air pockets out, but it still wont circulate!!

It's because you fail to read.

You do realize that A: A 3rd Gen Eclipse is not a DSM, and B: This is the Site Feedback forum, not the Problem Diagnosis forum.
