yea im not a fan of the color scheme but the graphics look very well done.... then again im more into the solid exterior color i just like that clean suave look

The valve color was a little bit lighter before I put it on the car, and soon I'm going to be changing it out with one that will actually match the blue on my paint. But that's happeneing when I put my 6bolt in. There are a few things that I wanna change up in the engine bay,m I just need the money to do it, and the time. Thanks for the comments though.:thumb:

As a whole the car looks like something out of the NOPI circuit rather then Mainstream or APG that favor solid and more exotic colors.

I can appreciate the time it must have taken to design and build the scheme. It shows some thoughtfulness behind it rather then just making a marble theme using some heat shrink crap and a blow dryer.

The clutter has to go. Nothing shown will count toward display points unless it's in/on or part of an actual display. ie, less will often be "more" as it will show more of the car.

I'd try to find a tasteful wing to finish off the boot. Something that stays within the confines of the existing theme and does not over power the rest of the car. Frankly, I like the factory one...but it's a show car and the factory one says, I did everything BUT the wing.

Nice car. Where about is it from? East Coast or Midwest?

Yeah I have been to quite a few NOPI events, and the design was something me and my friend came up with. When I do my 6 bolt swap I'm pretty much going to gut the engine bay. All my emission stuff is going, cruise control is going, and AC is going. Interior wise, I wanna get rid of the back seats and do something like Turbo1307 has on his Spyder(RX-7 storage bins), and if I can pick up a Audio sponsorship I will completely redo my sub enclosure. As far as the wing goes, I like the way the stock one looks, it just compliments the body design of the car better then any wing I've seen that's out for the Eclipse. I'm also on the East coast in Maryland.

Here is mine it has changed a little though. I have removed the rear wing and repainted the hatch, put in the stock headlights, and next week I will be putting the 2gb front bumper on with a lip and also the front bumper will be glassed over so that the fog light cut outs are shaved over and also the side markers. anyway...I will post pics when it is finished.

All you guys showing off your show cars, can you please post pics ofyour engine bay?? I consider the engine bay one of the most points earning tings when it comes to shows. So, let's see em! :thumb:

The hood has never been opend on a show, and allready 5 prices this year ROFLROFL

On this site there some pics of the engine bay. It's pretty clean (only 66.000km,40.000 miles on it)

Tuboing is pretty expensive overhere.Youre talking about +/- 15.000 dollar if I get it installed bij a specialist, and +/- 6.000 if U can import an engine and install it by ourself ...

Any cars out there that are a custom blend of form following function? Lots of scoops and NACA ducts and grilles and wings, but are there any cars out there that have nice lines and molded inlets and vents and whatnot that actually serve a purpose? Seems to be either cars with jigsaw cutouts for flow or hand-crafted ducts-to-nowhere.

Don't get me wrong; I dig the hacked look of a performance car as well as the sleek looks of a showcar, but I can't help but laugh a bit at both. I'm an F1 fan, and you look at those cars and see badass written all over their sleek contoured sexiness...and all for performance.

Just turbo your 420A. You don't need to get a different motor.
