Ive been searching and I found I will be using Redline MT90 for the Tranny fluid, transfer case, and the rear differential. I live in hot climate, real hot, and I read its best to use 75W90 for the Tranny and Transfer Case? And 75W85 for the Rear Differential? Am I correct, just need to make sure.

And 1 thing I couldnt find in the search was how many quarts do I need for Tranny, Transfer Case, and Differential??? Thanks guys.

Taken directly from v-faq. Thanks to brad bauer.
These procedures will work for any Manual Transmission vehicles (FWD or AWD). The transaxle procedure is definetly void for auto-trannys, but I am not for sure about transfer case/differential procedures.
For you FWD guys, only the transaxle procedure is required. The AWD folks will want to look at the transfer case and differential procedures as well.

This procedure runs through changing the transaxle, transfer case, and differential oil on an AWD manual drive 1995 Talon. The plug positions are almost idential for all years/makes of T/E/Ls.

Tools Needed
17mm & 24mm sockets
Breaker Bar
Funnel (see Funnel Notes)
6 ft of hose (max 1/2" outer diameter)
3 qts of GL4 Gear Oil (i.e. Redline MT90)
1 qt of GL5 Gear Oil (i.e. Redline 75W90)
Drain pan

Capacities
Transaxle: 2.4 qrts
Transfer Case: 0.5 qrts
Differential: 0.9 qrts

Transaxle Procedure
Park car on level ground
Climb under car (don't jack up) and remove the filler plug (17mm), see picture. This plug can sometimes be a royal pain to get out. Be ready to have to use your breaker bar!
Place catch pan under tranny and remove drain plug (24mm)
When done draining, replace drain plug and remove catch pan
From the passenger side of the radiator (to the right of the air can) you should be able to see down to the transaxle case. Run the hose down through there and into the filler hole. You can attach the funnel to the catch on the hood to hold it while you pour. After about 2.3 qrts, remove the hose and see if any oil leaks out of the filler plug hole. If none does add more oil, if some does wait till it doesn't leak anymore then replace the filler plug. See the top and bottom funnel set ups.
Your done!

Transfer Case Procedure
Jack the front of the car up to be able to get at the transfer case.
Find the fill plug (17mm) and the drain plug (24mm).
Place the pan under the drain plug and then remove the plug. Remove the fill plug.
When done draining replacethe drain plug
Using a similar setup as to the Transaxle refill, fill the transfer case with the remaining GL4 gear oil (better be > 0.5 qrts).
Remove the fill tube and let whatever excess drain out of the transfer case fill plug.
When it quits, replace the fill plug

Differential Procedure
Park car on level ground
Climb under car (don't jack up) to be able to get at the differential and find the fill plug (24mm) and the drain plug (24mm), see picture
Place the pan under the drain plug and then remove the plug. Remove the fill plug.
When done draining replace the drain plug
Using a similar setup as to the Transaxle refill (see picture), fill the transfer case with the GL5 gear oil. We found that snaking the tube down through the passenger rear tire wheel well to the differential allows an easy path to filling the differential.
Remove the fill tube and let whatever excess drain out of the transfer case fill plug.
When it quits, replace the fill plug

Funnel Notes
The biggest problem is coming up with a hose/funnel. The filler hole is 1/2" in diameter, so your hose can't be any bigger than that. Don't go to an automotive store, because all the hose they have there usually has a large amount of insulation (i.e. 1/2" outside diameter fuel hose, has a 1/4" inner diameter). Go to a home store that has cheap plastic tubing (with a small amount of insulation) and get the a large diameter hose up to 1/2". Then find a funnel that will fit the hose you just bought and go to it!

Thanks for that man, so its good to use GL-5 for the Differential? Or can I stick with GL-4? Also 75W85 good for differential and 75W90 good for Tranny and Transfer case? Thanks again.

No problem, sorry for the book but I couldnt get a link to vfaq to work. GL5 for the rear diff, and rear diff ONLY. And rock gl-4 75-90 for trans and xfer case. I personally, like defiant prefer Pennzoil Synchroshift and would recommend it for about the same price your getting the other gear oil for.

My faves...

Red Line MTL / GL-4 for the manual trans

Red Line 75W90 (GL-5) for transfer case and rear diff (LSD)
Red Line 75W90 NS (GL-5) for transfer case and rear diff (non-LSD)

I just replaced all these fluids last weekend. I went with a blend of 1 qt. Redline MT-90 and 1.4 qts. of Redline MTL in the tranny. Then, I used Redline Heavy Shockproof Gear Oil for both the transfer case and the rear diff.

One piece of advice... buy your buddy a 6 pack and get him to help you, especially with the shockproof gear oil. One of you will be on your back holding the end of the funnel's hose to the fill hole while the other of you will be up top pouring in the fluids.

hmm I cant seem to find Redline anywhere here in FL.... So can someone tell me about the Pennzoil Syncromesh one? Ill end up using that, since I cant find Redline.

So should I use Pennzoil Syncromesh on Tranny and Transfer Case? What about Differential? Thanks again

EDIT: WOW, autozone and advanced auto parts dont carry Pennzoil or Redline......Where else can I try to find these???

EDIT again LOL, Found out that pep boys nor napa carry redline or pennzoil!!!! does it matter what brand I use? My uncle gets discount from Advanced Auto parts and all they carry is castrol, valvoline and some others....

What I called everywhere and they didn't have pennzoil...... That makes me pissed, anyways I just ordered off some site, Redline MT90 3qts and Redline 75W90 GL5 for Differential 1qt, guess I'm all set?

My uncle mechanic :) But don't you need to jack up the car? It seem impossible to get down there when the car is down? He wanted to do it when we lift up the car for the driveshaft job.

You could jack it up if you want but its not really necessary. I personally also used a lift, since I work at a dealership I can do that. Makes it a lot easier, should take like half hour with the lift :)

Why aren't you guys using a manual oil pump? -Cost all of $15 bucks for a cheap-o plastic pump that threads into the GL4/5 quart bottles and all you do is pump the fluid into the T-case & Rear Diff through some flexible, transparent hose until it's full.
