OBX used to make those, but no longer do because of fitment issues. Hahn, Treadstone, Star and various eBay log-style knockoffs are your only current options.

The first obx turbo manifold is not made for the 420a eclipse but is made for the neon since it is top mounted. Your thought on welding a t3 flnge on a set of headers could work, anything could work. The third picture you put up of the obx ramhorn tubo manifold is the best. I have personally owned this manifold but never tested it. I have found that it has fitment issues because it hits the water neck. It can be made to fit with little alteration to the water neck. You can find this manifold on cimotorsports.net and possibly ebay. Another manifold are log style manifolds on ebay. They are the least attractive but are best for an easy install.

I'm sure you could have a shop custom make one just like that, for a pretty penny (well alot of them). But remember that you'd probably have to go with a set of slimline fans to make it fit correctly.

The turbo being placed to close to the ground would be an isse and the oil return line would present another problem. The oil return would be lower than the pan so getting the oil to return to the pan properly would give you an issue

what if i can weld a peace if pipe on the headers so it can be to the side a little and then weld the flange with "JB WELD" and mount the turbo there would that work. i was jk about the JB or how can i do my custom headers what kind of Piping would i use ? do muffler shops have the piping?

I think it would work as long as the turbo oil retun out put was higher than the pan because it relies on gravity to get it back inside the pan.....Provided there was enough room for the turbo.

Have a pipe do a U-turn to bring it back into the bay and place the turbo were the OEM filter box would normaly be, that might work

That piping is thin walled and will fall apart if a turbo was mounted on it.
