ok the story is this sat night in savannah at our spot theres always alot of trans ams and muscle cars there and we where chilliin and a 2g trailered in. they live in ga because it had GA tags on the 2g. it was in savannah geting tuned my friend talked to the owner and saw the slip and 1012 whp to the wheels. carbon fiber everything, 4 and a half in exhaust. he said it was a 2.4 stroked on 48psi of boost. just wounderin if anybody knows of it.

No lie, he crunk it up on the trailer and all the v-8 guys almost s**t themselves. That was the badest dsm i have ever saw. He was suppose to run a cobra but the cobra chickened out then he asked a guy withe a moded 03 z06 to run and he said no

48psi doesn't seem physically possible. I just can't see the block taking that kind of pressure.

it was white 95 body style cf hood, fenders, doors, hatch, spoiler

Its just a little scary to think that you could get that much power out of a 2.4L engine.

Any idea what his 0-60 was?

sry about the vid but the camra is acting up but for proof go to carterrace.com. thats in savannah and they dyno tuned it.

Well,
Stephen is a close personal friend of mine for over 10 yrs now. Here's his car which is currently at Carters:

That's about the only truth to this thread. The car, I'm sure was towed to the local hang out, but the owner was definitely not there and unaware of this occurance. He's not been to SAV since I last took him down there to pick the car up due to some issues, which was several months ago. The car was put back together here in ATL and towed back down to SAV by Justin and the gang NOPI weekend...which was in SEPT. The car has yet to be dynoed. Without going into detials I'll just say its waiting on one key ingredient to be swapped out before they can put any power to it.
So, I don't know who's dyno sheet you were looking at or who you were talking to, but it sure as hell wasn't this car's sheet or owner.
I can only assume this is some ploy to advertise for Carter Racing. I'm sure they've had several hits on their site lately due to this thread. Oddly enuff, there's not a mention of Stephen's car, dyno sheet, or video there. Wonder why?
Carter's is a nice ass shop, they did some aluminum welding for me the day I took Stephen down there. Stephen's car is badass as well, there's no denying that, but come on, don't ####ing lie about something that hasn't happened...yet. Someone is making some false claims which is not cool.

Yes, please keep us posted :)

And do you have any shots of the entire car with all that carbon? What kind of lip is that on the bumper?

Thanks.

the truth comes out. i was at the spot and yes the car was trailered there. the guy told everybody there it was a 1000 hp wheel car. after seeing under the hood i and many others belived him. i have the videos of the car and the guy the was trailering it around. but now that the truths out i am glad to know it. i started this to learn about the car because i have heard about it from alot of CGFYB guys in savannah that hang out at carter racing.
