they sell em corvettes here too. he will likely have to just get it to pass smog like everyone else, however since the car is so new, he might not. i highly doubt there is anything different from the cali version and the federal version, if they are different at all.

Lol, I wouldn't know. After my substantial down payment, I'll be paying $620/month over the next three years, and that will be a done deal.

Since the car is not only brand new, but still stock, I'm not worried about CARB requirements. However long before I start modding, I'll know in detail what I will/won't be able to do.
