Well, I'm trying to see how this turns out. If it turns out decent, I'll go for something bigger. I had debated on trying to do a DSM group/club/team for the gulf coast/emerald coast area.

When? April 1st, 5PM
Where? Destin Commons, front lot beside Highway 98 area, directly in front and down from the BogWalk restaruant.

I plan on being there with a GSX, Widebody GS, GST, and hopefully a few others from this area. Anyone is welcome with a DSM. I plan on being there for a couple hours, since I have a beach house not to far away for spring break, and I live in Crestview. Maybe after a while when people stop arriving, we'll head into the commons, do a drive through of the central shopping area (it's a small street with nothing but stores on either side, with a giant "common" area in the middle, so it's a crowdedish area with plenty of people), or head into Sonics/Johnny Rockets/several other places to eat. Where will be discussed when the time comes that everyone feels the need to eat, so don't eat before hand!

I'm hoping to get a decent turn out from Panama City, Destin, Sand Destin, FWB, Navarre, Pensacola, Milton, etc. as I'm posting this on a couple other forums as well.

Its about time. THank god someone finally decided to get another meet together within a reasonable distance of Panama City! I'll be sure to get the day off and take that trip to Destin. If the group runs out of things to do they could always take the 50 mile cruise to Panama City because that strip is always BANGIN'! I should be there!

At last. Someone has interest in this on tuners. I've gotten quite a few responses on racingpensacola.com and there seems to be a pretty decent turn out.

I never knew you existed in PC, either. Or else I woulda been down there trying to get you our way. Hopefully if everything goes good, and someone wants to attempt another DSM group in the area, I can bring one together, with meets in P-cola, PC, Destin, etc. monthly. Not like every city in a month, but a different every month. Just to make sure everyone's included.

Yea man. I've attended one meet before back in January headed up by Scott Laird of PC and it was just awesome even with the terrible weather. Its just great to talk to others about the same kind of car and riding out...oh boy...there's nothin better than a bunch of DSM's rolling down the street in a pack. Look forward to seeing everyone there.

Were any of you in Panama City Beach this past week? I saw quite a few dsm's there as I was there for spring break. I was driving a purple spyder w/ the top dropped the whole time. I came across two beautiful green spyders, amongst many other eclipes' and talons. I've been to Destin before, it is a beautiful place. Wish I could make it guys.

Yea I work on the beach so I was out there. If you would've come to Cobra Adventure Parl (three story go cart track) you would've seen my talon. Quite a few nice DSMs in town but none local. I THINK I have oneo fthe nicest looking DSMs in town. Hope your "winter" break stay was good in "condo city beach" !

I stayed right across the street from that track at the Travelodge. That was the biggest go-cart track I've ever seen! My spyder was parked at the travelodge over the weekend.

After checking out a pic of your car, I do think I may have seen it. I definitely recall see'ing a lime green one with what looked like a blown headgasket though!

If you have any questions, gimme a call, as I'll be in Destin the rest of the week and prolly won't be on to read anybody's comments/questions until the meet. Just let me know you're from PC, on tuners, and are coming to the meet, and I'll catch on!

Some of us aren't track ready, I'm not broken in, prolly have a leaking HG (my fault), and no 2nd gear in the GSX. The GS is just....slow. I don't think many will go to Holt, but you can always ask around!

Damn just saw this and its like 1 hour til you all meet. I'm out near Eglin AFB visiting a friend and would have liked to drop by. Maybe there's still time but considering the traffic...not so sure. My friend has a 2004 VW R32 and he'd probably come with. Maybe I'll try and swing out there anyhow.
