These are my current mods:
apexi gt downpipe 2.5"-3" (cat elim)
apexi n1 exhaust 3"
greddy upper and lower i\c piping
greddy type s bov
ingen intake
plugs and wires
act 2100 clutch
boost, air\fuel, oil gauges
stock fuel pump, internals & injectors

I'm saving to get my fuel mgmt done w\ the greddy emange. anyway so I want to buy a manual boost controller for the meantime. with my mods so far what would be an ideal boost setting on a T-25 turbo?

Ultimatly a datalogger can only tell you what the highest boost setting for your car is(knock count). I've heard often the general rule is no more than 15 or 16 on stock system. Octane of your gas and many other factors come into play so only the logger can really tell you what is right for your engine in its current state.

I don't think the T25 will give you much after 14psi even after a fuel upgrade.

I'm going to do the supporting mods first before upgrading the turbo. i don't expect a big difference with the fuel upgrade on a t25.

I heard that "general rule" too about 15-16 on a t25 but not 14. is there that much of a difference on 1-2 psi?

Try it after you install the mbc, you'll know when it's maxing out as the boost will start to drop off at higher rpms.

on my boost gauge, i hit about 15 in 1st, 17-19 psi in 2nd, 15 psi holding in 3rd. my 2nd pulls real good but i haven't paid attention to what it drops to. do you think since 1st and 3rd hold at 15 this would be a good setting? i have to see what my 4th and 5th hold at. i guess i would have to try and find out?

Like Gigaah has mention before, a datalogger would be good to have but I think you should be pretty safe with 15psi.

I run 15psi continuously on the street with my T-25, at the track I push 17-18 and my turbo is fine. It has been on this setting for about 7 months no problems what so ever. I have an upgraded fuel pump and intercooler piping (No SAFC or AFPR). I would say to be safe 15...has been working perfectly for me for almost a year.
