I have gotten myself a Sirometer (VibroTach) and I am trying to chase down a nasty vibration my 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS-T has. I was wondering if anyone new the ratio of Crankshaft turns to Balance shaft turns that occurs in a 4G63T. I am going to attempt to diagnose my vibration before ripping apart either side of the motor AGAIN. I replaced the clutch and had the flywheel turned and noticed a vibration. I then suspected a broken balance shaft belt and ripped that side apart. I found everything was intact in the Timing belt area. I was told there is a possiblity that the front shaft could be out of alignment even tho I went through a complete revolution until the rear shaft marks lined up and a screwdriver would go in the hole in the back of the block. I am starting to suspect a out of balance flywheel/pressure plate. Please Help before I drive this pearl orange turd off a cliff.
