The stock turbo, friend just got his motor in and he is getting a 60 trim. Can I take his stock turbo and how much improvement from t25?

I am no Nissan expert but I very much doubt that the turbo will use the same downpipe and/or manifold flanges.

it's either gonna be a t25 or a t28 the t25 on those has a bigger exhaust wheel but neither are gonna fit your manifold

Good luck making it fit.

This has been asked many times,

It has a Garret turbine housing so you would need to a garret O2 housing, and some way to adapt it to the stock mainfold or get a mainfold with that flange on it. With all the full garrets being sold for DSM's now it's possible the parts are out there, but the cost isn't worth the benefit.

20 bux for it

I am down the street from Excessive Autosports and he is fabbing manifolds and everything.

Granted I am not changing manifolds for a t28. It has a bigger exhaust and intake.

I have to go get pics of friends 240 stripped to nothing 2nite anyways so i'll just ask the owner and see what he can do.

too much work...you're gonna need a manifold fabbed to fit the "t" series exhaust inlet, you're gonna need an 02 housing fabbed to fit the "garrett" side....and your 20 dollar turbo show me how that's cheaper than buying a 14b and spending the 20 dollars on making an install kit

Buy it and resell it.

The SR20 center section should mate to a stock dsm t25 exhaust housing shouldnt it?
Even if you have to swap the turbine wheel I think it would be a good Idea.
I have Bown t25 If you need the exhaust side. Or Ill give you 30 for yours If its a t28 :D

He said that all t25's on SR's said "T25" on it. I thought they only said the TD0w/e. Maybe that's just a mitsu thing.

Either way this one doesn't say T25, says something along the lines of M34 or 43.
