Would this intercooler work well with the bullseye T04b v-trim turbo, and are there any issues with fitting this up to an automatic car?

Yes it would , That Bullseye turbo is basically the same as any other downfiring style turbo.. So it will work with that turbo too. It wont work with the T28/T25s though b/c of the elbow that is made in the compressor cover. Otherwise we can accomodate any turbo, intake manifold and mas set up.. any questions feel free to PM me.
Thanks

We've installed this kit on a handful of automatic cars, you will have to move the tranny cooler lines out of the way. You can hand bend the lines.

That's what I don't need. Summertime ain't no joke down here. I plan to upgrade my cooling system one day anyway with FAL fans and a Fluidyne radiator - but I don't want it to be a necessity to go along with the intercooler. The Hahn or the big GReddy are my other leading choices.

I have had the Hahn IC for 1.5 years now in the gulf coast heat and humidity and have had no overheating issues with the stock radiator and fans on the E3-16G turbo. With the Hahn you also get to keep your stock fog lights which you cannot do with most other intercoolers. :thumb:

How about the A/C?

Its close but it fits no problem around the stock ac fan... Obviously its easier and looks nicer with slimlines, but the stockers do work.

So far I've done two SBR kits one of Tsigoespssst's car and I've done a 1g kit as well. One of the nicest kits Ive seen. Other than a wrong hose on tsi's car everything went rather smooth. On the 2g I was able to retain both fans but I couldnt on a 1g. And the coolant overflow bottle Id recommend aftermarket. Other than that for the money and the quality its really hard to beat. :dsm: :thumb:

Hey SBR guys:
I know many people have overheating problems with Bar&Plate style cores due to the fact that they are dense as hell. Any complaints with this one? (stock fans/coolant) Maybe a pusher fan on the front of the radiator may help...
Is there a bracket to relocate the Overflow bottle?
I have already gone with an aftermarket PS cooler, but will those with stock power steering lines have a problem?
How's the clearance with a fat intake pipe suck at the FP cast ones?
Do the pipes clear the tranny/shifter well enough?
How do I use this SBR gift certificate for online orders?
And whats the secret to life?

Unless you are auto crossing (becaus ewe havent tested it for sure) we have not really had any overheating problems.. like i posted earlier, stock fans work.. of course slimlines never hurt

Is there a bracket to relocate the Overflow bottle?

no.. some just relocate it, or buy a smaller bottle

no.. no issues with the stock lines

wouldnt know.. i dont carry FP intakes pipes ;)

yes.. we have no issues with the tranny or shifter..
