My AGXs have been non-adjustible in front for over a year now - they just refused to adjust, so they've been set at the lowest setting, which has caused me some problems since its too soft for a lot of the autocross and harder driving that I do.

But more recently I've noted that over certain bumps, and usually at higher speed, the front end is bouncy - although things seem ok at slower speeds or when bumps are less severe.

Is this just the AGXs going bad - or would this be a symptom of issues with the Prokit springs as well?

I need to figure out how much this is gonna cost to fix - I want to replace the AGXs with Konis up front if that's whats needed - but if I can put off getting new springs for now, that'd be better for my wallet.

Push down on the front of your car. When the car rebounds upward, do you hear the "Hhhffssssstt" sound? If not, then your shocks might me blown. Jack up your car, and pull off the front wheels, and check for any oil leak.
If there's any question whether or not your front shocks are blown, pull them off, and try to compress the shock. It should feel pretty firm and offer a fair amount of resistance. If it doesn't, your shocks are blown.

You know when your shocks are blown, when you suddenly notice that your rebound is faster, sharper, and sooner when you're exiting a corner, and the body roll reduces to zero, and the suspension is at ride height.

The purpoe of the shock is to absorb or slow down the rebound of the springs. If you've noticed lately that your front end bounces back up more than ussual, then your shock are blown (or set too soft), because it's not absorbing the springs' rebound energy.

The adjustable feature on your shocks adjusts the dampening rate of the shock. If it's set to the lowest setting, it's going to have the least amount of effect on dampening. Thus, why it gets bouncy. If you can't adjust it because it's stuck, then it sounds like you'll need to get a new set to overcome your issue.
