Actually, I dont see why that gutted super light 16g car couldnt beat Ryan. So what, Ryan has a bigger turbo than he does, Ryans car is SLOW for having such a large turbo. The turbo Ryan has came off MY CAR. My car ran 2 seconds faster than his with that turbo, and I had a crappier intercooler and only 2.5 inch exhaust. Bigger turbo doesnt instantly dictate a faster car.
NOW, the other side of the scale. Ryan seems to think a street car shouldnt be able to run slicks. I tend to agree. Even in Ryans crappy state of tune, he could still PROBABLY beat the 16g car IF the 16g is on radials. But, they make DOT legal slicks, and that would swing the race in the 16g cars favor. Hell, a set of drag radials would hand the 16g car the win.
Ryan, the lesson here. While you are gone for the next YEAR, you better figure out how to save a measly 100 bux so you can cut off that cat and get a straight pipe put on. Race gas is your freind.
