1. Look at your new CD.

2. Pry the bottom hinge open.

3. Flip the CD cover (bottom to top) using the plastic strip as a hinge.

4. Peel the annoying plastic strip off all in 1 chunk instead of 45-something strips.

5. Reattach the hinges.

6. ENJOY. :D

I cut the seran wrap. Then I open the case (which rips the sticky strip into 2 perfect pieces). I proceed to easily peel off sticky strips. Viola, done!

Oh yesssss. I used to have that CD a long time ago, used to be the only kid with it in my school/bus. For instance, this trick comes in handy when you just bought the CD and youre sitting in your car (razor-less) and you want to listen to it. Woot woot!

Nice pink nail polish :thumb:

I've been on a DVD binge lately, and my collection's probably up to 40 or so. I want to know why I've yet to see any two DVD cases be exactly the same?

Have you guys checked out Prodigy's new album yet? I highly suggest it. It's kinda different from their usual style, but it really grows on you. It's called Always Outnumbered Never Outgunned.
Check it out.

i just Rub the side of the case on the edge of a counter top ( the side with the bumps )
it rips the plastic right off

I do the exact method shown in the pictures. My cousin used to work at a coconuts or sumn and showed it to me. Never once had a mess since. I have also taught a bunch of other people myself. very good clean method :thumb:

when i used to work in loss prevention at Kmart that is how the shoplifters used to steal the Cd's

When I buy someone a CD as a gift, I usually buy them one I'd like a copy of also. I open it like you said, copy it, but keep the plastic strip in place- then put it back in and it's never been opened. :thumb:

that's a great idea, thanks man. everyone is getting cd's this year for Christmas!!

I like trying to open it by the folded glued end. Then I tear off as many skinny little strips as it takes before I fly into a maddened rage and throw everything around, yelling and screaming untill the family is just about ready to call 911. Then I settle down and use something to cut it with and open it that way. Cant say it takes me long to learn. :thumb:

all the cds i buy have that little thing at the side that says Pull Here

n those directions got me confused after step one LOL

a_scobel, you have quite a collection there my friend...quite a collection...
