Well the wife is in the Hospital, shes going through labor, but being nearly 2 months early, the doctors pumped her up full of drugs to stop it. She has been on them of 5 days and they stopped the meds today. So tomorrow, she either has the baby or returns home. Either way its gonna be hard to make it to the meet!!


But yay! a baby's coming!!!

Hey don't worry, my friend was like 6 or 4 months preemy and he came out al good.

BTW your story reminds me of the episode of Reno 911 where they have the british guy as a ride along and hes all peacful, but he beats the crap outta the guy for speeding.. good show.

AT least you weren't injured. And your car will be okay. Some of my friends were on ODT in germany last year when they got a 4 day weekend and a bunch of them decided to go to Paris. So they left from K-town and got to Parison Friday no problem. Everybody has a great weekend and they decide to leave on Monday. Of course there were about five people in a station wagon and everybody was hungover/tired by Monday. Except the only E1 cherry that went with them. So the cherry gets stuck driving he literally has to drive in a straight line for like 4 hours then make ONE turn to get back to the base. About 8 hours after they left everyone in the station wagon starts to wake up and realize that its dark outside. The conversation in the van went a little something like this (but with a lot more swearing.....) ? Where the hell are we? "I don't know" Which Country are we in? "I don't know" How did we get here? " Well I think I took a wrong turn but I didn't want to wake anybody up" How long have you been driving the wrong way? " Ummmm 6 and a half hours....."

About 2 hours later they figure out where they are and start going the right way. Said cherry is forbidden from driving anywhere ever again.

About 1 hour away from Misau (their base) Its looking like they will have enough time to make formation. Jordan is driving and Gatling is talking to him to keep him awake. 1 guy is sleeping in the 2cnd seat, 1 guy is sleeping in the 3rd seat, and the female is sleeping in the back. (Hatchback station wagon). When all of a sudden everyone hears Jordan say "Oh Sh!t, Hold on!" And then a German guy driving a BMW hits them going at least 160kph (they were in a 120kph zone) The hatch popped open and the guy in the 3rd seat saves the females LIFE by grabbing her to keep her from getting thrown out.

So about 100 yards down the autobahn they come to a halt and the German guys jumps out of his car and starts screaming at Jordan. Jordan smells the alcohol on his breath and flat out asks him if he has been drinking the German is like yeah so what?

20 minutes later the poliza(sp?) show up, the back of the wagon is completely crushed in and the front of the BMW was totally smashed. And guess whos fault it was.... The AMERICANS of course.

Long story short they did not make formation, everyone is okay, nobodys insurance was hurt (rental insurance 5$ well spent) and its an awesome story we tell everytime we go to Germany.
