so the 2009 250R ninja deal didnt go through after all, decided to just get a older 2007 650R for $4000 with less than 3,000 miles.....me with my Ninja ....

this is a good starter bike...40hp coming in at 350lbs+ is enough for my first bike.. no need for overkill...

biggest and cheapest = boost controller

exhaust leak somewhere, fresh air is getting to the sensor and causing the lean mix at idle..leak at flex section maybe..

power source or amps has nothing to do with the needle not resting at zero when off.. its just the product is crap...and mine is mechanical fyi..

dont underestimate the small 16G... cheaper and can still make over 300whp ...

55 side wall on 17s is too tall for a dropped car...

doesnt really matter what exhaust you get .. the 4g63 makes the same sound ...take my custom exhaust with ebay muffler for example, sounds the same as most DSMers..YouTube - new ebay muffler N1

it will fit... 225 isnt that wide ...evo rims are 235 and that works good..and 50 is not too tall... 98 gsx rims have 50 sidewalls...

how are your fuel trims? if its off, its adding fuel to compensate ?? i dont know..
