What if I do a hydro carbon test in my water neck, would that tell me if my HG is going bad?

Was there a difference between each cylinder? Ie 3 were 130 psi and 1 was like 110? How does the car drive?

I bought a used ACT flywheel off my friend that had the 6 bolts in it and 3 pins for the presure plate, but when i sent it to a machine shop to get resurfaced, they misplaced the 3 pins. Would stock pins also work? Or do I have to look for the right pins for the ACT flywheel? Any help and input...
