    Start simple, Battery needs a full charge, alternator checks out? Then are the ECU the correct models? You need that coolant sensor for sure and have you replaced the thermostat? You said she overheated before turning off. Maybe a failsafe mode kicked on disabling the car to start till sensors...

    Yes I reconnected the hose from the valve cover but surely I will be reverting to the stock set-up to eliminate that possibility thanks for the suggestion!

    yeah it happened as soon as I put the cold air tube and K&n filter on. I also cut the air filter bucket clear off except the rim that holds the whole unit together with maf.

    It sounds like you could use a bushing kit from energy suspensions and replace all of your suspensions bad components. If it's doing it at certain speeds it likely to be a bad tire or bad rotors, the rotors get hot and warp more after driving thus it's fine when you first drive but gets worse...
