I am in Tacoma area and my headgasket is no bueno. Looking for someone who would be willing to do some work and replace it and the timing belt for a decent price.
Finally had some time to work on the DSM this past weekend. Got the new radiator in, now all I need is a power steering pump barcket and she should be good to go.
Thats a rather large turbo you have, I am currently running a FP GT37R in mine. I had to do quite a bit of work to get that beast under the hood, and had to move a few stock pieces out of the way.
Both belts are nice and tight, no slack. I thought about just eliminating the power steering pump, though these cars are not fun to drive with no power steering unless youre just going in a straight line. Also...does anyone have a power steering pump bracket?
Sorry I should have been a little more clear. In response to your question yes it pops off during high revs. Yes both bolts are in the back of the bracket, it has a spacer on it now so it can use the outside pulley on the water pump and crank.
Looking for a little help, the issue I am having is that I can not keep my power steering belt to stay on the pulley. Just relocated my alternator to behind the engine block and Im running the pulleys a little differently than stock. Also I need a new radiator since mine decided to break on me...
How much are you looking to get for the radiator? Mine decided to blow out on me the other night and I am in need of an inexpensive fix. Also I have a t3 tubular manifold with a tial wastegate attached that I am looking to sell if you're interested.
Hey man didnt get a chance to hit you up over the weekend i was moving all weekend, though this weekend i am going to try to put a little work in. would you be available?
I'm going to just have to make an order from Forced Performance, I just discovered I need a bigger intake pipe, but if anyone is looking for an Injen intake non-recirculating or a t3 tubular manifold with an external wastegate and tapped for an EGT probe shoot me a pm
