Had similar problems, turned out to be the lower pivot/ mount hole bushings on an aftermarket alternator I installed were larger than the bolt. This allowed the alternator to cock slightly when tightening the belt. This misaligned the grooved belt causing it to whine.Also if your harmonic...

90 CAS has the pigtail wiring to run over to wirewall....I had one that the insulation on the wires for the pigtail were cracked right where they go into housing of CAS...Caused a similar problem.
Also Injector wires cracked from heat can cause similar problems..Hope this helps.

I ran a BW s259 that Bullseye built with a Batmowheel in T3 and .70 AR..
On a 2.0 with 264/272 cams, it was a bit laggy on the street but did fine at the strip with some ant-lag help.

Using a "dry Kit" -Intermitent like that is going to bite you... A Wet kit is the absolute safest for push button nitrous systems...Every time you hit your "Dry Kit" Button, your supposed to be introducing more fuel as well at the same time.. via Tuning or a fuel solenoid..
