Check out what RIPP Modifications did for the Club 3G Eclipse and 3000GT Non-Turbo boys...Supercharger Drive Systems (SDS). The 4G64 (Mitsu 4 cyl 2000 and up) is now available produces 260.21hp-247.5lb/ft on a 5SPD and 235hp-221.25lb/ft on an automatic (values at crank). The systems come...
Before you yank the ECU out, here is a link to a page you should read. I have just downloaded the latest DSMlink .jar file to update the link program running on your logging computer. If you download the file from my FTP and install it into your DSMlink folder on the laptop, your link program...
I suggest you dig up the instructions that came with your MAFT and dial it in for the 650's you are installing also. Then screw the cover back on the MAFT and do all your fine tuning with the SAFC2. That is how I ran for over a year before getting DSMLink. You DON'T need to adjust any settings...
A Keydriver chip is an Eprom programmed with info you submitted for your setup, injectors, fuel pressure, timing.DSMlink is an Eprom chip with similiar parameters installed but also with coding to allow you to LOG and TUNE via laptop with a special DSMlink cable.A Keydriver chip will...
Ryan,I have not had my GSX there yet for dyno tuning. However my best friend had his EVO dyno tuned there by Perry last fall. All his EVO has is a Cat back 3" exhaust, HKS intake and filter and HKS BOV, plus the ECU reflash. The car put down 356whp and 322tq to the wheels.

Check the connector at the sensor again. I had the same problem after some trans work and the sensor plug was not completely clipped closed. once I got that connection solid everything was fine. The other possibility is the little white plug that goes into the back of the gauge, they do not...
If you go with 650's, let me know I have two "Stage 3" Keydriver chips for 650's that were in my AUTO before I got DSMlink.. I will be happy to let them go for the right price.Brad
You may have to "clip" the spring as mentioned above. If you cut about half a coil off one end it should lower the spring rate., allowing it to open easier when letting off the throttle.
Im still around, but with a 1yr old little boy and a lawncare business to run, I haven't had much time to post, or make meets. This fall i'll be out and around. I need to get my GSX to the track and test out my new Trans and FP exhaust mani.
Tim is correct. After you socket and chip an Eprom ECU it doesn't matter what car it came from, because you are in charge of the programming going into it. I am currently running a MT Eprom ECU from a 92 AWD Talon im my 91 Eclipse GSX automatic. DSMlink handles all the tuning I need and I...
If you are going to have the ECU socketed for a chip from Keydriver or TMO than keep the Auto Eprom ecu you already have. It will work just fine with whatever chip you install in it. Just make sure you let whom ever you order the chip from that you have a 1g auto with a stock fuel pressure of...
This is the kit I used but I bought mine 2 yrs ago and it didn't come with any install hardware. It is just a black powder coated stamped aluminum plate, but it fits perfectly.http://www.extremepsi.com/store/customer/product.php?productid=18478&cat=258&page=11&veh=1G%20DSM
Well, It took 2 years but I finally got around to installing my Kenwood head unit and SAFC in my 1g. I want to thank ExtremePSI for the single Din/SAFC faceplate I purchased soo long ago for this install. After searching the VFAQ's and this site for the 1g radio wiring info I was ready to start...
