We just cracked the 700whp barrier today on stock ignition, stock TB, 2 liters, and E70 winter blend. Running BR8ESs gapped to .020, start/idle/part throttle is like stock with FIC 1650s and easytune on DSMlink V3 SD.

To optimize this turbo it only makes sense to run race gas, we're not talking about a green or an FP 3052 that thrives on pump gas. As far as weight reduction goes, my main concern was keeping my drive train in tact and chasing Shep's 20g record.I highly doubt that the 20g would flow 42-44...

I've trapped 126 on my 20g with a ported 2G manifold. Unless you get a great deal on the EVO, the 2G will work fine. :thumb:

I run a tdo6h 20g and i absolutely love it. Remember though...those proven tens were run by two "big time" guys. Not everybody is gonna run out and bolt this turbo on and run tens. I hear a lot of good things about the gt35r and was/am considering it as my next turbo. Good luck with your choice...

I think you'll be fine with 850's. Interesting thing is i run a stock head and head gasket along with ARP's and have had no problems what-so-ever. My intake manifold is a first gen that's been extrude honed...nothing elaborate. My exhaust manifold is simply a ported 2nd gen., once again nothing...

Looks as if you've done a really nice job on your car. My friends help tuning my car and a lot of seat time were crucial to us getting the car to where it currently is. Continue to believe in yourself and your car and don't accept anything less than excellence. Keep me posted with your results...

If you don't put this set-up deep into the 11's something is very wrong or you're tuning way to conservatively. Don't under estimate your car or the strength of the 7-bolt. I'm on the verge of running 10's with a tdo6h 20g powered 7-bolt. The last time out we ran 11.03 @ 126.79 before grenading...
