It sounds like a voltage regulator problem was your Alternator brand-new or used?

jeff_gstThe wastegate is only open during boost conditions. Therefore exhaust pressure inside the manifold is higher than outside atmospheric pressure. High exhaust pressure is trying to find a way to "leak out" to low pressure. There is no way for outside air to enter the exhaust to...

The wastegate only opens at peak boost. letting air out dose not change the A/F of the air passing the sensor it only lowers the volume of air passing the sensor. so would it affect it or not?

i want a mitsu o2 housing made to block an internal wastegate my external is mounted before the turbo it is on the exhaust manifoldyes that is exactly what I want

that is what I did the heat from the weld made it slightly warped so i had it surfaced at a machine shop then I put it on my car. I want a new one that is not welded closed I want one that is made that way. some one makes them I have seen them b4 i just cant find them now.

I do not have an internal flapper. I do not want to weld up hole where the internal flapper would be. i want a o2 housing that solves this prolbem.I want this with an elbo and a flange to connect to the downpipe
