I got the starter checked out at autozone and it passed. but they only test to see if it engages. Could it be that the starter is not strong enough while its under a load?

Yes I bought a shell and then sarted piecing the rest of it together. I was so concerned with everything else that i overlooked putting on the plugs before bolting everything up
i just dropped my motor into my car and wired everything up. went to put on some new plugs and 1 of them will not thread in to the head. i really dont want to take the head of but if i have to i will. im open to all suggestions thanks
