Uhh, I know the t25 starts to spool at about 2500 on stock 2gs.. Don't see a big problem here.

Do you have a wideband o2 sensor? If not, get that first.Then as everyone has described here, save up for ECMlink lite. At least that's what I would do.If you're adamant about going the logger/safc route, get the logger after the wideband, the safc last.

You think it's more cost-effective to purchase a new compressor wheel & rebuild kit than to just either upgrade to 16g or buy a used 14b in better condition?Will this 14b work temporarily, or would you highly recommend NOT running with this turbo?

The fins on this 14b look pretty banged up, just wondering if you guys think it's still usable? Thanks!

Could be a boost leak, also make sure your MAF is plugged in.

Found some topline head bolts on ExtremPSI for $40. . . Done a search, couldn't find anything mentioning these head bolts, but hard to find them in the sea of topline headgasket questions.Anyone have any experience with these? I'm really debating with myself with which direction I want to go...
