Eh ive done a bit of work on it since the first post and i have narrowed the problem to the fuel system. It will try to start with a bit of eather, but there is not enough fuel geting to the rail, i took the line off going to the rail and there was almost no pressure at all, this is after...

well i have an update i jiggled the ignition module and the trans warning light went off??? It still wont start though.
