Based on your video, it looks like the needle is all the way down. Is this correct? If so, I would assume your sensor wire has fallen off. Mine did this once when I went through a puddle that was a little deeper than I thought. Something quick and easy to check for sure.

Update. They are on, sometimes.. Now they tend to flicker off and on and random ones will stay on and some will turn off. It changes with bumps, so I am guessing a loose connection somewhere. I haven't been bothered enough to pull the cluster back out and check back into this though, lol!
