I fixed the wiring for the wideband and front o2. It is now cycling properly. Thank you for the help.

Well it appears I have my wideband wired into the front o2 spot. I clearly got confused/turned around when doing this. I'll get it switched to the correct wire and report back. I appreciate everyone's input and patience in my delay to respond.

I'm rather certain it is 75, however I'll grab a picture of it for verification.

Thank you, I'll pick up a good brand front o2 and also inspect the wires while I'm connecting to be sure they're ok. If it still reads over 1v, I'll grab a use battery and give that test a try.

No it's a regular o2 sensor from rock auto. Can't recall the brand. I have a wide band but it's in the rear o2 location.

I know a proper sensor should cycle between .02 and I believe 1v but mine stays steady at 4.41. Would any thing cause it to read this high or is it simply no good and I'm thinking to much into this?

That it did, which I thought was strange as it hadn't happened before. Granted I dont drive this at all until I can fix this issue. But I will adjust the tps, and check my throttle cable to see if its to tight. Will also check my sensors again to make sure they're in spec.

I had this same issue with the stock ecu, this didn't arise after installing link. But ill turn it off just in case.
