But I’d send it off to ecmtuning and let them figure out the ecu problems. They might be able to give you a better idea of why it’s doing it. I know over never seen anyone go through ecu’s like this. Lol
From my research on this your should just follow the threads on turboing a 4g64 spyder. Because you have to do everything the same. It’s easy just take you time and ask as many questions as you need. :thumb:

But I’d start with recirculating the bov and test for boost leaks. Just get a hose the right diameter and connect it from the intake snorkel to the bov.
I’ve always like the innovative wideband. I know the sensor used to be a bit hit or miss but I’ve never had a problem out of them. And like said above the aem will give you trouble sometimes on DSMLink. I believe they both use the same o2 sensor just the gauge and everything is different.
Yeah anything after 15psi your just blowing hot air and wearing the turbo out quicker. If you want more power a good cheap alternative is a 14b from a 1g.
