95burgandyesi - something definitely isn't right, *especially* if you're using a bolt-on turbine housing.ezz-e - any diesel performance shops should be able to rebuild for you, htturbo.com, citydiesel.net, I'm lucky to have a local Holset specialist shop I guess, tepturbos.com - you may give...
I don't have pictures either so sorry, but I also ran OEM fans with my HX-35 setup, it was a very tight fit though, considering my T3 manifold put the turbo closer to the fans and away from the water pipe/block, but everything fit pretty much perfectly. OBX old style T3 manifold was used.
You shouldn't have to remove the hub, I never have and I don't think a 1g is all THAT different. Just tap it out with a hammer and rotate the hub around until it falls out.
I had a v-band flange from ATP that matched the downpipe welded right to the Holset v-band flange. I'm going to make what I have work for the time being, I'd really like to hit the dyno and track soon to see what it'll do aside from spinning 3rd gear, I threw in an ACT unsprung 6-puck like a...
I posted up some pics here, the downpipe is a universal 3" shorty from ATP Turbo. Everything clears for me, with this manifold, but thats only because I'm running only the downpipe right now, it'd take some fabrication to get it to clear my IC piping as well as the oil filter. I'm planning on...
Hit it with some sandpaper Flash ;) I think if you do this every once in a while, it will keep it from turning into ass like a lot of tubular manifolds I've seen. Only time will tell, I plan on trying with mine.
