This is awesome!! I'm glad to see you got it back on the road and just immediately took it on a massive road trip. Looks like you both are having a blast and how could you not with some of those iconic stops and views.
In my opinion, the log is useless without a wideband if you're talking about speed density. You can't tune the car without it and should not proceed to do anything until it's installed. Get the wideband wired in and then grab a new log.You should also utilize the lock factory sensors feature...
If you checked the "Activate Fuel Pump" and left it on, that will cause the pump to run all the time while the ECU has power (see box on right side of first screenshot below). Any version after 3.36.73 will prime the fuel pump for about five seconds when the key is turned to on without any...
I don't currently have any kits since my seal source dried up. I have it on my list to look for new seals but not sure when I'll be able to get to it and find something suitable. I'll post in here when I do though so as long as you're following this thread, you'll get any updates.

The only slightly off thing might be the upper psi limit at 5v since 3 bar is 43.5 psi.The way map sensors work is they need 1 bar (or 14.7 psi or -29.53 inHg for vacuum) for atmospheric pressure and then the rest can be used for boost. So your 4 bar sensor can read down to -29.53 inHg of...
I have not had any luck finding mil.spec seals since my source dried up and do not have any kits ready to go. I did not have more tools made yet since they are really only needed for the mil.spec seals.

There shouldn't be any movement as far as I'm aware. I've never specifically attempted to do that but once you bolt in the shaft, it should stay put. If not, it could cause the throttle plate to bind.On the TPS side, there should be a plastic washer (most likely yellow/brown in color at this...
Sounds like a replacement is necessary at this point then. I've never tried to remove one that wasn't already destined for the trash so I wasn't sure if it might be possible.
