you can't really say it's to much. Some areas it's harder to find these cars. In mass where im from a car with that many miles would probably go for 1200, down here in Mississippi where I am now it would go for 3000.
did you buy it from a private party or a dealership? Most states the lemon law only apply to cars bought at a dealership. And even then when you sign a bill of sale that says as-is or no warranty you usually give up that right.

I don't think Dsm's have problems. I though all cars do if they're not takin care of. It doesn't matter what it is, if you beat on it and never do maintenance it's gonna have issues.

So after a lot of thinking I traded my gst. I didn't want to but the eclipse just wasn't practical as a daily driver with two kids. I do plan on getting another someday money permitting. I think I made out pretty good though. Even swap for a 98 jetta vr6. Let me know what you think
The manufacturing if a car normally starts a year in advance and they usually hit the lots in September. So your car being a 96 could have been bought in September of 95.
