yea, check your clutch when it does that. See if it needs to be popped out. Sometimes when they are partially pushed in the cruise control will shut off.

you're right about beating on it. I mean your shit won't last as long as some daily driver you just commute in. But 240's do pretty well honestly as far as beating on them and such. Really though I guess if it does need to get you to school and what not then I wouldn't beat on it for a while...
