Make sure the solenoid is on the pre-turbo nozzle, and put a solenoid or check valve on the second nozzle.

The damage is not about corrosion, it's about particles hitting a fast moving object.I don't think the oxidation is as big of a problem as some "chemists" make it out to be. If you are that worried about it, start with washer fluid so the blue dye coats everything, and then run the regular stuff.

What version is your controller? There are several different versions, and the wiring will be different.

I did regular and meth with my DD for several years, again without problems.I don't plan on skating the thin line. Never really been that hardcore, especially on a DD. I just like the idea of keeping things clean, having a cool intake tract, and low EGTs. Call me easily amused...

If done wrong, yes, you can ruin the blades and pool in the intake. Keep pressure high and flow low.
