NO ebay turbos!! Do you really want a turbo put together by a 5 year old Chinese kid, that is supposed to spin at 100k rpms. stick to known turbo manufacturers, it will cost you less in the end, and you will make more power.^^^beat me to it.

Sounds like you have a short, or a bad connection on your battery. Charge your battery, check connections on battery and starter, and see what happens.
He asked becasue 2g's (95-99) have a t-25 stock, so unless you or someone else changed it, thats whats in there and I will assume you mean a "14b" not 14g as that is what came in the 1g's.:thumb:
ACT is a good company, TONS of people here run them, I am on my second one no complants, there are a handfull of people that have had problems in the past, but seeing as how they are probably the most popular clutch, your bound to have some bad ones. I would not think twice about ordering...
Well if it is adjusted wrong, and the bleeder valve in the master is blocked, it will "pump up" the system causing it to slip. I would take it back to who ever installed it, or follow this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vYJxQyjIhUw:cool:
