I went over the entire belt earlier today thinking if it jumped timing it would have busted some teeth out of the belt but all "looks" good. I'm leaning towards timing or sensors of some sort.

haven't seen much blue smoke but I guess if you want to play the semantics game then yeah a lighter black (bluish) smoke would be oil and straight black is fuel. Now that we got that out of the way...I'm sure the OP was so confused, haha

White smoke = coolant. Black smoke = oil. Sounds like a blown head gasket to me.
