What gas tank are you using? I don't see why you'd need a pump on the driver side. People on both 2g and evo tanks have multiple options when it comes to fueling needs. Buschur's evo double pumper is proven to over 700hp. If anything an inline pump is always an option as well.
Do you really hate your car that much? Stick to vendors that at least have one positive review on this site. My favorite is ExtremePSI, though STM, Buschur, and MAPerformance are all solid too.
Might want to do some research as to what you actually have. The only t3 flanged 16g I know of is a Hahn super 16g. You may have been duped when you bought you car. Also boost leaks are enough to make your car slower than stock, might want to look into fixing those.The other thing I see here...
